Blair Ciccocioppo is the Senior Specialty Recruiter, Case Management at Select Medical. She was a Sergeant (E-5) in the Army Reserve, 2000-2008.

Blair has put a focus on attracting veterans and in the last four years has attended six RecruitMilitary events and she represented Select Medical at our first USO Career Fair this year. Blair is also a member of American Corporate Partners and mentors military personnel who are preparing to enter the civilian workforce. She has mentored three military members in three years. Blair is actively working with Select’s VP of HR Services to have Select approved for the SkillBridge program which will allow us to take on military interns. Blair has committed to increasing the number of veterans employed by Select year over year. She is an outspoken advocate for the value our vets bring to civilian employment.
