Viterbo University's commitment and gratitude to our nation's veterans is reflected in the many services offered to military and veteran students. Military aligned students may also be eligible to transfer credit from Joint Service Transcript, prior learning experience, and two-year technical college articulations. Recognized as a Military Friendly School and Yellow Ribbon School, Viterbo offers military tuition discounts (if eligible) and federal aid offerings, an academic resource center with a wide variety of tutoring services, and a career services office to help navigate internships and employment. Viterbo also has an active Student Veterans Association, a lounge exclusively for veterans, and a dedicated Veterans point-of-contact who is dedicated to assisting military aligned students throughout their time at the university and ensuring they have the best possible experience. While located in beautiful La Crosse, Wisconsin, Viterbo also offers online programming for distant learning.
Viterbo has also collaborated with the U.S. Army Reserve's 88th Readiness Division on a National Testing Center at Fort McCoy to create cost-efficient and time-effective opportunities for service members and their families to gain undergraduate college credit.
