FAST TRACK: 2 YEARS OR LESS

You don’t have to go to school for 12 years to nail a high-paying, in-demand civilian job in health care – arguably the healthiest industry and still growing. Even if your MOS, rating or AFSC was not in the medical field you can launch a career in a matter of months by earning an associate degree, diploma, certification or license. Some jobs may need certification and licensing in addition to the educational training, depending on the state.
